About Us

Starlight Assessments was founded on a simple belief: every family deserves clear answers to their toughest questions about the people they love the most.

We are a private psychoeducational assessment practice led by Savannah O'Hara, Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP), credentialed through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Because Savannah holds the LEP license, she is able to provide in-depth evaluations privately, independent of any school district, giving families thorough, unbiased insight, and a strengths-based, neurodiverse-affirming approach.

She specializes in learning, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations, with a particular focus on autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Our work helps children, students, and adults understand not just the what, but the why and the how to move forward. When you work with us, you gain a partner who helps you advocate for your loved one, and for yourself, with confidence.

Our promise to you is care, consideration, and clear answers so every family leaves with a better understanding of their strengths, their needs, and their path forward.
